What is your refund / return policy?

Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of
receipt. The products must be in an unused condition with the original
packaging. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Christchurch are the
responsibility of the customer. Please contact us if you have any issues. Faulty and damaged goods will be promptly replaced at no charge.
