"Loved how it felt just as cooling & gentle 10 minutes after application as it did initially putting it on. The smell is pleasant too. I have fair skin that dries, reddens & burns easily. Rosacea on top of that. This mask felt AMAZING the entire time. Then I discovered there's a cleanser in the same line & scent so I'm definitely buying that next time too! 2 drawbacks that I find are universal with face masks: the chin portion didn't want to stick to face & I always cut off the upper lip portion because it doesn't fit. *I have a round face so of course things won't align perfect but this one wasn't terrible about that. 5 out of 5 for me anyway!"

"I brought this mask as it said 98% naturally derived and no nasty chemicals. I put it on and it felt ok for a mintue and then had a cooling sensation on my face that quickly turned to pain so i jumped up and threw it in the bin and washed my face. Looked in the mirror to see a bright red face that felt like it was on fire. I added cooling gel but 10 mins later it was still hot to touch so had to lay a wet washer over my face. I dont know what is in the mask to give me such a bad reaction."
